This exhibition brings together range of work by staff, students, graduates and industry professionals working across a range of disciplines, from architecture and urban regeneration to photography and installation art, that enter into a discourse with architecture and the built environment. The exhibition includes work from recent Architecture, Interior Architecture and Photography graduates as well as Andy Cross (AN-architecture; Brighton alumni and the creator of the installation in Grand Parade quadrangle), Carl Turner Architects, public realm consultancy Publica, regeneration agency Spacemakers and Nicky Kirk Architects.
Presented in an impressive temporary timber structure built within the derelict Municipal Market on Brighton’s Circus Street (BN2 9QF, adjacent to Grand Parade Campus), the space is every bit as mesmerising as the works on display.
The exhibition runs from 26-29th June 2014 and includes an evening of short talks from selected exhibitors to open the show on Thursday 26th.
Opening night: Thursday 26th June 6-10pm, Bar from 6pm, including talks by Nicky Kirk and Spacemakers from 7.30pm.
Exhibition Opening times: 27-29th June 2014, 10am-5pm
