Hooping is an amazing way to build core strength and cardio fitness as well as being loads of fun. The Hoop Jam is a place for you to practice your skills. Please bring your own hoop if possible, although there are usually spare hoops if you don't have your own. It's suitable for all ages with no experience necessary.
